[ui] Wrong hint about vCenter in HA-mode implementation in Fuel UI

Operating System: CenOS/Ubuntu
Reference Architecture: HA
Hypervisor: vCenter

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new cluster
2. Select any OS
3. Select HA mode
4. Select vCenter HV

Expected result:
No hints

Actual result:
A hint: "vCenter hypervisor option will run properly in HA mode, but itself is not highly available. Please refer to the documentation for more details"
