Running frog requires code from ucto and libucto-dev. Installing these packages allows frog to run properly.

Sorry for the very late reply. This issue seems to have affected an older version of frog where a dependency was missing, it has been fixed in subsequent package releases of frog (at least since 0.13.7-1), so I think we can consider the issue closed?
