cannot install development tool onto my target successfully

I have tried a few times, and I have never successfully installed the development tool onto my target. When I enter the "builder" page, it does not come out at all. it hangs there forever.

it seems that my phone has run out of space after I have run the following command:

Next to the Builder tab there is a Logs tab. That shows the progress of the the installation. Please attach the content of that tab.

it seems that the storage for loop0 runs out of space after I have installed the listed package above. the phone finally hangs.
