Bug Description
In heat, db table Stack is having Status & action columns for tracking the status of stack and action being performed on the stack. These column values should be enum of predefined values as its always having predefined status and actions.
NOTE: Its been discussed in openstack dev list with subject: " [openstack-dev] [heat]Heat Db Model updates"
