Manage Project Member page interface is broken

The table listing the project members is getting displayed below the table that list the non-meber. This happens when clicking the role dropdown in the members table

I could not reproduce this by clicking on the role dropdown, but I can reproduce it by simply shrinking the browser window horizontally -- at some point the All Users and Project Members lists are combined into one a single vertical list. You have to shrink it to a fairly narrow width to get this to happen.

Note that this can be reached via Identity > Projects > Edit Project (for one of the projects) > Project Members tab

I'm not regularly contributing to Horizon at this point. The change was accurate at the time it was submitted but may now be obsolete.

I've just tested it by shrinking the window horizontally - seems that this issue is no longer actual after transition to Bootstrap.3 with its adaptive layouts (col-*-<N> instead of left/right). Closing as invalid.
