[kde] upgrade tool crashed

Binary package hint: update-manager

Excuted command from konsole -
$ kdesu "adept_manager --dist-upgrade-devel"

Went to "Version Upgrade" hit "Next" then "Next" then "Finish" then crash with the following:

TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

It also asks me to attach files:
/var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log
/var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log
but I can't find where I attach files
