Bug Description
If you do the following:
programs.test {
sources = test.vala
packages = Test-1.0
}
where Test-1.0 is a GIR package then Bake does not scan this package and automatically set packages to gir-1.0 (as defined in the .gir in a <package> tag).

This is a low priority because I have never got a Vala program to work with a GIR - I'm not even sure if this works.
