Please sync ggobi 2.1.11-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Drop graphviz build-dependency for now, as ggobi won't build with
      graphviz 2.36.
Fixed in debian

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Drop graphviz build-dependency for now as ggobi won't build with
     graphviz 2.30. Closes: #754950.
