Bug Description
Several awkward sentences here, including unclear wording.
Currently reads: "While not a filter in themselves, host aggregates allow administrators to assign key-value pairs to groups of machines. This allows cloud administrators, not users, to partition up their compute host resources. Each node can have multiple aggregates (see the Host aggregates section of the OpenStack Configuration Reference for more information on creating and managing aggregates)."
Recommended Update: "While not a filter, host aggregates allow administrators to assign key-value pairs to groups of machines. This allows cloud administrators to segregate their compute host resources within an availability zone invisible to users. The key-value pairs can be applied to multiple aggregates, or have several applied to a single aggregate (see the Host aggregates section of the OpenStack Configuration Reference for more information on creating and managing aggregates)."
