Bug Description

When starting Media Player app without any video content on the device, the following error message is displayed:

"No video selected to play. Connect your phone to your computer to transfer videos to the phone. Then select video from Video lens".

The "lens" term shouldn't be used, it's obsolete; in the Unity8 world we only have scopes. At the very least it should be updated to say "scope" instead, but perhaps there is a better way ("Video Dash page"?), as majority of phone users will have no clue what "scope" is. Please check with design.

Design solution
-----
Please change to "No video selected to play"
