I also have the same ssd and the same issue.

No matter what kernel I use it seems.

I have it also that my system hangs.

Google gives lots of similar issues. Some say changing ssd powermanagement mode helps.

I have the latest 3.17.5 kernel currently.

Something unexpected happened.

I upgraded kernel into 3.17.6rc.
Upgraded my mobo bios to the latest.

Well I also tried to push the cables...

I only receive now ncq errors...
