Steps:
1. Create next cluster - Ubuntu, HA, Vlan Nova network, Cinder for volumes, Ceph for images, 3 controller nodes, 1 compute, 1 cinder, 3 ceph nodes
2. Deploy cluster

Expected result - successful deployment
Actual deployment failed with errors on all controller and compute nodes in puppet log

Error in puppet log for node-12 (first controller)
2014-07-17 15:48:43 ERR resource p_mysql not found

Error in nova logs for node-13:
