trove depends on trove-integration to add new int-tests

We should fix this, and sever this dependency by defining the imports and groups in the Trove project, and simply just import and register them in trove-integration when running the int-tests.

    Moved core int-test groups from trove-int to trove

    Cleaned up int-test dependencies so that the core int-test groups
    are now registered entirely from trove python module. This enables
    adding new int-tests for features in trove without creating a cross
    repository dependency on trove-integration.
