I don't understand the thought process over making iputils-tracepath and traceroute packages conflict. iputils-tracepath is not a replacement for a full traceroute package from the point of view of a network administrator.

The minimal we need to do to fix #133693 is grab 2.0.7-4 from Debian. However, I've looked at the diff between 2.0.7-4 and 2.0.9~rc1-1, and I think the potential for regressions is minimal, so I recommend we sync with Debian sid.
