UI should indicate when network registration mode is auto-only

Currently we disable the selection between automatic and manual carrier selection based on the mode setting in ofono networkregistration. The current UI shows a selector buts its disabled with no visual indication.

I can't really understand this, but I think you're saying that sometimes
only automatic network selection is available, and in this situation
user can't manually select a cellular network. Is that right?

Just trying to clarify. I don't know if hiding or disabling with an
informational message is better.

Yes thats correct, the operator can specify auto-only so manual is not possible.
