image-x-xcf icon has different color in different sizes

Bug Description
As of trunk revision 1253, image-x-xcf mime type icon exists in two sizes: 16px and 64px.
The 64px icon has a blue background, but the 16px one is my original icon with white background and etched-out Wilber. Other sizes are missing altogether.
We should either revert to my original icon with white background that existed in a lot of sizes or delete the remaining 16px icon and make more sizes for the new blue-background icon.
