Bug Description
Once a stack is created successfully, user can navigate to following page
project -> stacks -> [Select a stack] -> [Click on Resource tab] -> [select one of the resource like nova_instance, cinder_volume, etc]
In this page, 'Resource ID' is provided with hyperlink to an respective resource such as instance, volume, etc.
When the user click on this hyperlink, it produces an wrong url (example: localhost/
