Security Guide - Conventions for referring to people involved in cloud

The security guide refers to people involved in the cloud in multiple different ways. For example, administrator vs cloud operator. Establish conventions for who is involved in the cloud and what they should be called. Consider: cloud architect, cloud operator, cloud user, cloud deployer. These are currently used in the guide. Define them somewhere at the beginning of the doc and use them everywhere.

    Add note about different cloud user types

    As per bug, add a note about the cloud user types used in the doc.
    Instead of describing them, a link to the glossary is all that is
    required. Further work will need to be done to ensure the correct usage
    is used throughout the book.

Most references throughout the document are consistent at this point, and this improves gradually over time (because yay! community!). I think we can call this done.
