Bug Description

Reference section has following three links

SPICE Console
Red Hat bug 913607
SPICE support in RDO Grizzly

1) Among these, the last two are no longer applicable - both are resolved as won't fix. Remove these two references
2) Is there a better way to list references instead of just dropping links?

1) Something resolved as "won't fix" might still be applicable as a reference. I think we need more detail on the concerns here. It may be that we should update the recommendations in this chapter more broadly to ensure that they are in line with the current state of OpenStack, and the features that are available?

2) I do think that we should reevaluate how we handle references / links. I have created a separate bug to track that concern at https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1343480.

After review, we believe that providing these references remains useful for the book. They have been improved somewhat by following OpenStack doc conventions more closely.
