Bug Description
After installing a program and clicking "Write your own review," the Review dialog comes up, a spinner activates, and "Signing in..." is displayed below the spinner. However, the spinner never stops spinning. The Cancel button is active, but the Publish button is greyed out.
I've tested this on two versions of Xubuntu 14.04 (64-bit) on a desktop and laptop, plus on Xubuntu 14.04 (64-bit) installed in Oracle VertualBox 4.3.12. Same results on all.

In my case there is no attempt at all at signing in.
The review dialog comes up and the button for submitting the review is grayed out, and that's it.
So I can't review the application.
