[Update] Can not create environment with new release

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy simple flat environment with release Icehouse on Centos-6.5 with version 2014.1-5.1
2. Upload tarball with new os releases
3. Run upgrade script for openstack only
4. As soon as script run finishes with success - navigate to ui
5. New available releases appears
6. Turn on more nodes and waiting while it botstraped
7. Create env 2 with old release and add 1 node
8. Create env 3 with new release and try to add node

Expected:
Step 7 - env created - nodes are added
Step 8 - env created - nodes are added

Actual:
Step 7 - env created - nodes added
Step 8 - env created on attempts to add nodes - ui is broked (see attached images)
