The current patch will fix the issue for Juno, but not Icehouse. Do you want me to fix Icehouse with a separate patch?

    Remove errant "apt-get install python-novaclient"

    I removed the paragraph associated with an errant
    "apt-get install python-novaclient" in the common client
    installation section. The existing "Ubuntu and Debian"
    paragraph provides suitable instructions.
