Define services and API endpoints - icehouse. Service table is missing 'enabled' field

Bug Description
After running the below command, I've got 'description', 'enabled', 'id', 'name' and 'type' fields generated,
however the documentation is not showing the 'enabled' field being created.
$ keystone service-create --name=keystone --type=identity \
--description
