Bug Description
It might happen that a nodes IPMI credentials are overwritten, meaning that MAAS is no longer able to operate on the node. It appears that MAAS provides no feedback to the user in this case.
What should happen is that MAAS flags the node as inoperable - it verifies that it cannot talk to the BMC and puts the node into a broken state that is widely visible to a user.
