This message means that your machine's bios is querying the operating system to determine if it is Linux, and this query is being ignored by the kernel. The kernel labels this as a bug in the bios (not a bug in Linux) because that query is no longer supported, since Linux ACPI functionality is roughly equivalent to that in other operating systems.

As such, I'm marking this bug invalid.
