Bug Description
I have a dual monitor setup - one regular, one rotated.
All seems to be well on the regularly oriented monitor, however on the rotated one, there is significant video tearing when dragging windows - which is worse when done vertically.
I have tried with 14.04, and I am using Haswell HD4600.
Unfortunately the problem renders me unable to use Ubuntu, as smooth scrolling is important for my work. Any pointers very much appreciated.
