Please sync fceu from Debian unstable (main)

The new Debian revision fixes the Debian bugs that I filed when I carried out the previous merge, hence the Ubuntu changes can be discarded. The Debian version builds fine in a gutsy pbuilder.

fceu (0.98.12-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/rules(clean): remove config.log, closes: #437187.
  * Add fceu.desktop from Ubuntu to associate fceu with x-nes-rom mime-type,
    closes: #437192.
