I do not find "resize" among the actions that Phatch offers.
Open Phatch
Search for "resize"
nothing found

The information about the application specifically mentions resizing images that is why I searched for "resize".
There is Scale and Fit which work as I expect a "Resize" to so a link from a search for "Resize" to information about Scale and Fit would be nice...
