Add datastore and version to trove backup screens

There is additional data available about trove backups for Datastore and Datastore Version.

Note: There is already a blueprint to add this information to the trove Database Instance screen.

This bug is to also add this information to the trove backup screens by adding it to the
backups table and the backup details view.

Note: we should use the same code / formatting as the other blueprint to ensure consistency in
how this looks in the dashboard

    Add datastore and version information for backups

    We should display the datastore name and datastore
    version associated with a backup in the backups
    table and the backup details view.

    There is already a blueprint to add this information
    to the instances table and details view so we have
    used the same code and formatting here to ensure
    consistency.
