Please sync python-pyramid 1.5.1+dfsg-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of Ubuntu changes and why they can be dropped:

* Fix build failure with /usr/share/pyshared removed.

The lines which are changed by the Ubuntu patch has been removed from the Debian package all-together. Furthermore, from skimming the list of files for the binary packages, I didn't find any references to 'pyshared'.

Also added as a build-dependency in the Debian package.

    - Remove comment for repacking orig.tar.gz.

    - override_dh_installman: Use help2man to create manpages for all the
      /usr/bin scripts.
    - Remove obsolete chmods. (Closes: #750284)

  * d/watch: Add filenamemangle rule so that a proper +dfsg.orig.tar.gz
    file will be generated, keeping svn-buildpackage happy.
  * d/pydist-overrides: Fix requirement satisfaction for WebOb and WebTest.
  * d/patches/tweak-requirements.patch: Added to disable attempts to
    install test requirements from PyPI at build time.
