In CentOS, anaconda tries to download this two files at provisioning. This files is optional and we don't need them now in Fuel. But seems that anaconda doesn't have any 'checkbox' to disable tries of downloading updates.img and product.img, so we can't do anything with this bug without adding some redundant files to our distro.
