Bugs that cause recheck or reverify should be displayed at http://status.trafodion.org/rechecks/

recheckwatch is set up in infra/modules/traf/manifests/zuul_prod.pp and the status page in static.pp

Problem was mostly with user/file permissions and the wrong regular expression being used to discover rechecks in Gerrit

Bug should be fixed. Tested with change to sandbox in review https://review.trafodion.org/#/c/227/. See http://status.trafodion.org/rechecks/ for the results
