Bug Description

The question mark next to the Cue Mode preference points to http://www.mixxx.org/manual/1.12/chapters/user_interface.html#using-cue-modes, a dead link.

Works, so the issue is that here is no 1.12 version online.

OK so this will fix itself when the manual gets updated. Should we just push a version of the manual now anyway? That might show people that Stuff Is Happening :)
