depends on mplayer/mencoder, which don't work with libav 10

Bug Description

It looks like we're going to have to remove mplayer and mencoder from utopic, since they don't work with libav 10 (see http://bugs.debian.org/732159). Could iriverter perhaps use something like avconv for its encoding needs instead, and maybe mplayer2 or mpv for playing?

In the meantime, I'm moving this to utopic-proposed and blocking it from utopic by way of this bug.
