berkshelf 2.0.10 redirect fails

Bug Description

Currently my jenkins jobs (and also the ones of some others) are failing with a forbidden redirect from http to https error like this:

http://logs.openstack.org/02/104202/4/check/gate-cookbook-openstack-block-storage-chef-lint/6f4f790/console.html

I think this error is also discussed here (thanks to mattt for the help):

Maybe we should upgrade berks and maybe finally jump to berks 3 ?

This is now fixed. Thanks for the bug write up. I missed using that in the commit for this.

    Update Gemfile and remove Gemfile.lock

    This bumps berkshelf to 2.0.18 since we're getting failures w/ 2.0.10.
