Netwrap missing allowed command

Hello,

I successfully installed neutron with XenServer 6.2, but I got error message
in /var/log/neutron/openvswitch-agent.log at domU compute node:

2014-06-17 11:28:23.600 1346 ERROR neutron.agent.linux.ovsdb_monitor [-] Error received from ovsdb monitor: Traceback (most recent call last):

XenServer netwrap plugin does not allow to run command "ovsdb-client" and this error appears. If in netwrap plugin insert "ovsdb-client", error disappears.

This is Icehouse release.

    Add allowed command "ovsdb-client" to ALLOWED_CMDS list.
