Cannot launch application any more from SDK

I cannot launch my application any more on my phone. I have terminated the running application on my phone, and it shows:

However, the menu still shows "Close Application on Device" instead of "Run application on Device". Attached please find the captured screen.

Also, I cannot terminate the running application (pure QML) from the SDK. For other templates which have the C++ code, it has the "RED" square to terminate the app.
