dist-checker needs to force a page refresh after "Refresh List"

Bug Description
At various times, I press the "Refresh List" button in the Custom Tests screen
and while the updates get retrieved, the current state of the packages does not
get updated (and the option "locally installed" does not appear in the
"Version" link). A page refresh seems to resolve this, I wonder if dist-checker
shouldn't just have the browser do this, if possible, after a "Refresh List"
call.
