groff output "doesn't look familiar" to dist-checker

There are three bugs during test with LSB Test Suite 4.1, The detailed
description is as follow:

groff -mandoc -Tascii failed
Test Description:

Run the command /opt/lsb/appbat/bin/groff -mandoc -Tascii man1/nroff.1
- Expected result: The nroff man page will be formatted for an ASCII device
and displayed on the screen.

Message from the test:

Comment:

Output doesn't look familiar to the test

Test Description:
