Bug Description
More perl splitting impacting LSB compatibility. We require:
Locale::Constants
Locale::Country
Locale::Currency
Locale::Language
Locale::Maketext
Locale::Script
Rawhide has split this off into a new subpackages - perl-locale-*, which aren't
pulled in by the redhat-lsb keystone. Test results without them:

After installing perl-Locale-Codes, things are somewhat improved, although perl
doesn't seem to be finding the installed Locale::Constants.
