Get version details in OpenStack Identity API v2.0 Reference - API v2.0 and extensions

This page lists the error response codes as such:

Error response codes: identityFault (400, 500, …), badRequest (400), unauthorized (401), forbidden (403), badMethod (405), overLimit (413), serviceUnavailable (503), itemNotFound (404)

As mentioned in bug 1338123 , the format is nonstandard, etc., but this one has different problems (and this exists throughout the book).

This one has "identityFault (400, 500, …)". This is not useful because it seems to indicate that any response code is identityFault. "identityFault (400, 500, …)" should be removed from "Error response codes".

Also, this one has "itemNotFound (404)". The HTTP 1.1 standard defines 404 as "Not Found", so "itemNotFound (404)" should be "404 Not Found".
