In the Test Server, when I logged as a new portal user, I am able to see the profiles of the administrator, Portal user and also my new user.

Bug Description
In the Test Server, when I logged as a new portal user, I am able to see the profiles of the administrator, Portal user and also my new user. I am able to update the Profiles also, this should not be the case. Please fix this.

The user accessed a wrong database, please try with NPD2 Test dababase, it will work
