Lower object cache size to lessen MemoryError

Bug Description

We just had a case where MemoryError was happening for at least a day and we didn't notice. We can't have this happening in production. We're not making much progress on the extracted-text-pickle issue.

Let's get some relief and lower the cache size from 240k to 120k.

It looks like 240k was set manually on the servers and wasn't changed in osideploy, so it is going to be overwritten by today's deploy anyway. The configured value is 100k, which I'll leave alone for now.
