i have a problem to discovering my hard drives after installing ubuntu 12.04

Bug Description

Hi guys;

I have two hard disks on my computer. one of them is SATA and another one is IDE. i installed ubuntu 12.04 LTS on my SATA hard disk.
I dedicated about 20 Gigs for ubuntu and it's work properly now.
I'veportant informa more imtion on rest of my SATA hard disk that i stored them when i was using of windows.
but now it does'nt show me the rest of my SATA hard disk on Ubuntu .however' it's show all partitions of IDE hard disk.
and now i wanna know how can i use the information that stored on SATA hard disk and it does'nt show in ubuntu?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect https://api.launchpad.net/1.0/bugs/1337116

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
