Appropriate heading for the hello world templates for HOT an CFN in the heat documentation needs to be added

In the following heat documentation links

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/heat/templates/hot/hello_world.html
http://docs.openstack.org/developer/heat/templates/cfn/WordPress_Single_Instance.html

The heading of the pages should be appropriate.
Right now it just shows as "Template" for both the above pages.

Also in the left bar of the documentation we can see the "Previous topic" and "Next topic" links as "Template" for both of the above pages.

It should be updated appropriately as
Hello World template for HOT
Hello World template for CFN

    Modify heading of the template sample page

    Currently the headings for Hello World HOT template
    and AWS Wordpress Single Instance Template pages is
    "Template". This patch modifies the heading
    of these pages.
