Bug Description
If I request a fix for a particular bug in (for example) the Firefox package in Ubuntu 5.10, that should show up as "Ubuntu 5.10 Firefox" (i.e. distro name + distro release name + package name), not "Breezy Badger Firefox" (distro release codename + package name). People using other distros, who look at the bug report, may be unaware that "Breezy" is a codename for an Ubuntu release; and some OSes don't have release codenames in the first place.

This will be worth revisiting once release management lands, because task display (particularly for DR tasks) is changing a bit.
