In landscape orientation it is not possible to reveal the the toolbar, an edge gesture is always executed instead.
TEST CASE.
1. Open webbrowser-app
2. Rotate the phone in landscape orientation (left or right it doesn't matter)
3. Reveal the toolbar with a bottom edge gesture
ACTUAL RESULT
A right or left edge gesture is executed (switch to scope or app switcher)
EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar is displayed.

Not specific to the browser, any app that has a bottom toolbar or bottom edge gesture and that supports rotation is affected.
