Bug Description
To reproduce:
- Create a directed graph with few nodes
- Combine some of the nodes into a group
- Enter the group
- Press Ctrl-A to select all nodes
Observed behaviour:
Nodes outside the group got selected.
Expected behaviour:
Only node within the current level should be selected.
