Bug Description

PulseAudio has a module called media ducking that lowers the volume of "low priority" streams when a "high priority" stream comes through. For example, it would lower the music when the phone is ringing.

We can take advantage of this by hinting the media type of Vocal to Pulseaudio in the .desktop file with:

"X-PulseAudio-Properties=media.role=music"

There isn't a "podcast" role, but music is probably the most accurate of the available options seen here: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/PulseAudio/Documentation/Developer/Clients/ApplicationProperties/
