Bug Description

The Ruby plugin and probably the other plugins currently overwrite files.

Steps to repeat:
1) Generate code from .glade file
2) Edit the callbacks file
3) Regenerate code from .glade file
4) Observe that your edited file is now overwritten

I updated to revision 94 and tested the three plugins. Python appends all callbacks to the callback file. Both Ruby and Perl completely overwrite the callbacks file.

I just tested revision 123 and the Ruby plugin appends the callbacks file list it should.
